Company camp 09

Hello EVERYBODY! Yes.. loulou is back to tell you abt company camp 09..




It was totally awesome.. gist of what you will read.. lemme do that for you.. on the first day, we had horror night walk and movie screening, second day we had PT, captain ball and soccer competition, went on the bus to yishun safra, played musketry and bowling, lunch, went back to school youth quake (games by church) devotions and travel to change coast adventure centre. Third day went rafting, BBQ cycling and came back to school photostory then bye bye :D so you guys should expect more luhh..



Okay! So here’s what happen on DAY 1~



Day 1 of CC09

Suckiest day in school EVER had a lil comflict with wee.. didn’t feel very good abt it.. then had UT and I was feeling HORRIBLE! Damn sick… so after UT I quickly ran to school.. not run. Walk fast la.. then got caught under the rain.. when I asked God, will you give me a bus 901 to school? So I asked for a sign.. when I amen, I looked infront and 901 came out from the station then I was like… NOT THAT KIND OF SIGN! Soo I ran to the bus stop infront and just nice made it :D hahah! PRAISE GOD! WOOO! Took the bus to school then took a shower after getting drenched like no ones business.. my shoes and socks were beyond hope.. while all this was going on the kids were having their ice breaker games planned by non other than our CLT jonathan khoo.. it was a success, everyone enjoyed it and by the time I came to join I could see smiles and they were pretty warmed up for the day.. I had to leave after abit cuz I had to prepare my logistics for my games. The horror night walk. We did not have much time so I quickly went to BB room to plan something out as the forest was too dangerous and it was raining cows and hippopotamuses. We couldn’t find a real nice and safe place and we wanted to use the level 4 to do it.. by covering the windows all with ground sheets. But Mr marc said later we downside falling.. HAHAHHH! So we were at the stage then he suggested why not use the back of the stage ? and so we did.. it was PREFECT! We drafted everything when suddenly rufus and jasper came and helped.. so it was totally great.. my platoon mates and Jackie came just in time for the night games with his scary mask.. horrifying… hahah.. I gathered everyone and sat them down at the parade square. Told them to keep 5 minutes of silence where I brought the first team up to the walk.. it was GOOOD. Then started bring teams consisting of squads..



first they had to sit in the middle of the hall and spend 5mins of silence.. then go to the side of the stage where jonathan would be there to take their photo and scare them.. success! Then they headed to the boys toilet where lit wen and jasper laid in ambush.. when they opened the door, the hand dryer went on… BBHHHMMMZZZZZ… then followed by a loud freakish cry form hell that scared the lving shit out of them… hahahah! Next they walked down an alley which was just to spook them out and think confirm got ppl infront to scare.. but actually Is they scaring themselves.. so from there next checkpoint the girls tilet.. rufus did a great job slamming the door when they approached.. even I was freaked out.. then they went to another alley where SSCL Melvin was scaring them.. then finally.. they had to use the key they found to open a door where warren and Jackie would spring out.. lastly, they had to run out and hide. A lot of teams came in and got scared.. some did stupid things like.. lets scare the ghosts before they scare us.. so they screamed like banshees when they open the door to the toilets and rooms.. others were so afraid that they just broke down even before entering the hall… but overall it was good.. gave them a debrief abt brotherhood and telling them this. You all are brothers, why push ur korkor or didi to go in.. eh go in first leh. Go see what’s inside.. that kinda stuff.. but overall they had fun and enjoyed themselves.




After that was movie screening.. jon didn’t know what to do. So he started playing empire earth.. and hacking… hahahah.. the boys were amused and we were like.. I cant believe jon is playing games… and… THEY ARE ENJOYING IT! Hahahah.. so we watched some weird anime show while the primers and officers had their debrief.. got scolded by danny sir… abt not sharing the load.. felt bad… so we planned to do better the next day… then we went back to the ava room where we planned a surprise birthday for Darren, it was soo fun la! We started smashing cream on each others faces and on each others shirt and pants.. even in the ass! It was soo darn good.. we all were like.. danny sir.. danny sir.. then PIAK!!! HAHAHAH!!! Jackie had a prob with some idiot NCC guy suddenly he stormed down then we all chased after him.. then ended up conflicting with that piece of mud.. not even teacher some useless helper.. then they went to resolve the prob then we carried on our own lives.. went to the bunks and played CS! I watched avatar cuz I couldn’t connect.. siann.. then we ordered macs and ate like kings! AHAHAHH! We didn’t sleep then straight away into day 2!



DAY 2

We went down for PT and Nicholas went to prepare breakfast as our food IC broke down and cry cuz he didn’t plan shit.. Mr cheong explained to us later in the end.. so we went running and had some competition in jumping jacks and push ups then went to have luch… so After all that rubbish we didn’t have any appetite to eat.. so me and Nicholas shared a packet of beans rice and some chicken.. I fed that yogi bear.. and ate.. saw Regina and was pretty happy… so afte breakfast, it was competition time!

We got them to fall in into squads and had soccer and captain all competition.. really had fun.. all of us were like cheering and disturb.. then 1 squad was like losing really badly.. so me and jon went to help and in 5 mins.. we draw! AHHAHAH! Pros… then switched to soccer and then sent the boys up to pack their stuff and headed to board bus to yishun safra.

Slept abit in the bus… and went for musketry.. I was pretty bugged that the NCOs couldn’t keep mum after asking them if their willing to help me maintain order and shut up.. I even asked tehm to tell me if they are not willing so after awhile I got pissed… really pissed.. and started hammering and glaring at people.. prolly I didn’t sleep and I was upset… then later Mr cheong came and told me abt caring and not be so bad.. so I went to the back and let them play and talk.. many thanks to my platoon who tried cheering me up and helping me maintain the order.. so after musketry, we went to find cheongman to get the food while the rest of the company went to play bowling.. waited for abit and talked to Nicholas for awhile then took the food and went to eat… by the time we finished, it was the second part.. from 12 lanes to 4 lanes.. so we used that time to play bowling.. and after awhile got bored then walked around with my platoon people and sat down and talk.. after that, we had to head back to the bus for youthquake some games organized by church… couldn’t play.. cuz need practice for devotions… sad.. Regina was playing so was Hsien ern and Si man.. practiced had some fun… and then went down for dinner which was totally great! Awesome catering.. good job..then went to say hi to Regina and congratulated her for winning a prize then rushed up to ava room for devotions.. boys started coming in.. and played luhh.. it was really good and the song I composed manage to touch ben’s heart and he cried when he sang the song.. they all sang it sooo loudly that my e-git could not be heard and they were just awesome… pastor joseph gave his sermon abt unity and I learnt that having a relationship is not talking but listening.. sure… I’ll listen to her more and more ;) then saw every one coming together and singing the songs arms around each other.. really very encouraging..


Then we had to rush to campsite.. took the van with officers cuz I had to pack the guitars and all… took a really nice nap there and when we reached, they were all falling in. so we just unloaded, put our stuff in the bunk and then last parade.. had a nice debrief.. nice scenery.. good supper, had chicken rice which I shared with Nicholas and the boys… saw really cool planes which were like sooo close la… then showered.. showering was hilarious…. All open showers then no one dare.. so I just stand the wore my shirt on my legs and bathed.. hahah im sure many of ur cannot picture what I jus said.. I wore the neckline onto my waistline.. and it fits  went back to bunk… prayed and instantl KO.. in my nice warm sleeping bag..



Day 3

WOKE UP! Damn crappy.. so didn’t want to wake up la… but I had to.. went for PT.. ran around the area… then went for breakfast… and RAFTING!! We spent a lot of time learning knots and all that then we gathered in squads to tie our rafts.. it was tiring, aggravating and really tedious.. but all of us had fun… then officers raft was done.. totally shiok.. but when we went in.. fat seroy sir broke it… omg.. even john sir not so fat nothing happen.. wth… moron.. then we tied it up again and it was SOOO GOOD! Hahah! Paddled our way out and back.. super fun la.. and best thing is.. it didn’t flinch abit! I worked like a charm… then the other squads came in and tried.. then it was my suqad.. totall failure.. moment we got in, the ropes and barrels started flyin out so we had to re-tie everything back.. goshhh… so I helped tie everything and went back for take 2.. I didn’t want them to be disappointed.. but… the raft just blew up and a barrel was pulling on the wrong way, so I jumped off and started to swim and pull the raft.. then my whole squad jumped in and started pulling and pulling and swimming! Gosh.. what a sighr.. 13 people swimming trying to get the raft to work.. hahaha.. awesome.. then we went up, untied and arranged the stuff back… went over to BBQ while the others went to debrief.. the BBQ food was GREAT! I ate with the boys and talked to them and played with the shower head by aiming 3 heads in 1 direction.. wooooo! Pain.. but shiok.. hahahah.. next was cycling… we grabbed all our stuff and took our bikes.. did some strtching and headed out in squads… had a lot of fun talking to Mr cheong cuz he was attached to my squad.. then we wentto find Darren at checkpoint 1… some nice flower tower.. then went to checkpoint 2 warren who was at the jetty… check point 3 was lit wen at the wake boarding place and lastly Benjamin at some weird restaurant.. then we cycled from change to east coast alrd.. woohooo! Went to return the bikes and waited for the company to come.. jon was dissed abt stuff.. but It was still cool… then we went to organize the water bomb games.. but sadly.. warren took the wrong bag and instead of water bombs it came out name tag holders.. all I had was 3 pails… so I improvised.. I placed the pails in a line and divide the company to 3 teams.. then cheongman asked if I wanted them to carry water into the pail.. then I thought.. wow.. great idea..hahahah! so I got them ready and GO! RUFUS WAS HILLARIOUS! HE TOOK OUT HIS SHIRT AND STARTED SWIRLING IT AROUND WHILE RUNNING DOWN THEN JUMPED HIGH UP AND WOOOHOOO!!! And into the water.. they used shirts, water bottles, hands feet, hair anything that they could do. At the last minute, I sent the whole company down and they collected a lot of water.. splashed each other and it was good seeing them have so much fun.. Then I gathered them and asked them to send 1 person from each team.. then I told them to pour the water the collected from there and pour it onto the lil moron reps.. next, I gave them 5 mins to cover them with sand and make some shapes out of them..,. it came haywire la.. u know.. in a all boys company… what do u expect.. well it was paus and hotdogs.. so we gathered to take a few shots then went to plot aginst cheong man… ahahahhaha… we told them to take picture again.. at the sea.. then say go down somemore.. then I shouted take PICTURE FIRST AH!!! so 1,2,3 and GOOO!!! Dragged cheong man into the water and swung a few boys with lit wen into the water.. AHHAHA! But mr cheong was an angry man… no la… he was laughing like a goon chasing people and tossing them into the water like throwing nuts.. super strong… then he took a bucket and chased after me.. I started screaming and running.. cuz my phone was with me.. first throw! Jus nice I dodged abit.. then I took out my phone and stretched my arm as far as I could when SPPLAASHHH!!! All wet… except my phone… soo we laughed giggled and went back to boad the bus to school… slept on Nicholas’s shoulder then gave them 30mins to pack up and shower. Went to shower and wash my stuffs…then took allt he things back to the chapel.


We had a photostory then debriefed.. mrcheong spent some time talking abt the song I composed and even printed out lyrics for it.. it was really nice  then last parade and went back home… but we didn’t la.. our whole platoon except Nicholas went to CWP to eat dinner.. went to food court and had beef noodles… HAHAH! Damn nice… then poured all the chilli into the remaining soup with jackies’ chilli and wen wen’s chilli and dared jon to drink.. whoa.. spicy… like drinking chilli padi soup.. wooohoo~ had a nice debrief and informal one then talk abt thing we enjoyed and disliked… then departed home to have a nice long sleep..
