today~ went church had 2 bowls of mee hoon kway.. AWESOME.. pure gist X)) then went back home to meet warren.. we ran ALOT today.. covered mroe than 7km.. went to different beaches at sembawang park.. if only i had my phone.. couldve gotten some pictures.. went back to my place and did weight training.. super intense.. my arms cant move... typing is just pure finger strength.. did like 3 sets of 15 flies, 3sets of 15 arm press, deltoids 2 sets of 15, tricepts 2 sets of 10. bicepts 2 sets of 15 and leg raises 2sets of 20.. woow.. FUN!! then went to shower.. cook dinner.. had some eggs.. luncheon meat, vegies, soy bean milk, and Ice CREAM :D YAY!!
